As part of the Scottish Seventh, the history of the Arandora Star will be remembered in Barga.
The ship, which carried hundreds of Italian emigrants, including many from Barga, was sunk in July 1940 during World War II.
The Foundation will participate by screening the docu-film and displaying the exhibition. The historical introduction will be by Director Pietro Luigi Biagioni
